Ginger Vinegar Sauce

Serve this tangy sauce with Chinese Pork and Shrimp Dumplings or Duck and Shiitake Dumplings. You can find Chinese black and red vinegar at an Asian market.
  • 3 Tbs. Chinese black or red vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. finely julienned fresh ginger

Pour the vinegar into a small serving bowl. Add the ginger just before serving.
