- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced scallions (about 3, both white and green parts)
- 2 Tbs. mirin
- 1 Tbs. Asian sesame oil
- 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh ginger
Combine the soy sauce, vinegar, scallions, mirin, sesame oil, and ginger in a small bowl. Use within a day of making.
